Extend the due date by 3 days: 

• To request a 3-day extension for bill payments up to 10,000 rupees, users can contact the Assistant Manager Operations.
• To request a 3-day extension for bill payments up to 25,000 rupees, users can contact the Deputy Manager Operations.

Extend the due date by 5 days: 

• To request a 5-day extension for bill payments up to 2,00,000 rupees, users can contact the Manager Operations.
• To request a 5-day extension for bill payments up to 5,00,000 rupees, users can contact the Customer Service Director / Chief Engineer.

In special situations of MEPCO Bill Installments and Due Date Extensions , the Chief Executive Officer of MEPCO has the authority to grant a 10-day extension for the due date of electricity bills.
